2 Writing Tracks To Support You

Track 1: You Started Writing A Book

You are officially underway with a writing project, whether it is your first book, or your sixth, but you've felt stuck, trapped, confused, overwhelmed, and a bit off track.

Congratulations - you're officially a writer!

In this track, you'll be supported through your process and guided towards next steps. You'll leave the retreat feeling relief around the breakthroughs, re-directions, input, and clarity around what is best for your writing voice and truth right now.

Track 2: You Wrote A Book

You did it! The book is completed (even when you thought it would never get done), yet big questions abound as you figure out how to get your book out there to more readers.

No matter what genre you write in, there are requirements for today's authors that can be overwhelming, confusing, and perhaps just plain hard for you to get excited about completing.

In this track, you'll receive steps, priorities, and shortcuts for continually building up your readership and sales with effective book marketing strategies.

For All Writers In Both Tracks

No matter where you are in your projects, Molly will share with you the reality of money + business + marketing for today's modern writers. And if all of that makes you cringe just a little, you'll learn how to embrace life as a writer with easy, simple guidance based on right where you are now.

You'll learn:

  • The real (hidden) world of book reviews (how to get 'em, why you need 'em, and the 4 types of bad reviews)
  • The reality of money, finances, costs, and monthly payments as an author
  • What readers expect from you as a modern author
  • How to be mentally strong about sharing yourself and your messages publicly
  • And more solid essentials as you continue to build your writing career

Writers Need Water (And Cocktails)

You'll combine work + play every day as we move you closer to your short-term plans and long-term goals. And the beach. You'll move to the waves for breaks + head-clearing inspirations + refreshments.

Write On!

"The funny thing about a writing career is that you can only plan so much of it. The high points come out of the blue; the low points seems to drag on longer than anticipated; and the inspired writing phases can pass in the blink of an eye.

Each of my 10 books came about through various inspirations and situations that I never planned or had mapped out. My first book, "The Art of Trapeze", took 5 years to write, and I dealt with rejection from literary agents and discouragement within myself. But once the book was finally complete and released, it took off and sold over 30,000 copies globally, hitting #2 on Amazon behind "12 Years A Slave". (Yes, a small part of me wanted to let those literary agents know about that. :) I then wrote 3 more books in one year, followed by 4 more books in 2 years.

It is a very exciting time to be a writer and to follow this path because there are an incredible amount of resources, strategies, and opportunities for you right now.

And your biggest responsibility through everything is to just keep showing up for yourself.

The Write Beach Retreat will support you no matter where you are in your process because it will be geared to what you are experiencing right now with your writing projects.

It's time to write on - and I would love to help you with whatever writing project is calling to you now." ~ Molly
